<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for mounting lower receiving pins, whereby the lower receiving pins can be easily mounted to a pedestal plate. <P>SOLUTION: A plate member 70 having a plurality of pin insertion groove 70a with a groove width larger than the diameter of the support part 42 of a lower receiving pin 32 and smaller than the diameter of a base part 41 is disposed in the upper part of a substrate 2, and the lower receiving pin 32 is temporarily fixed in the pin insertion groove 70a by magnetic force with the lower end of the lower receiving pin 32 inserted in the pin insertion groove 70a from the upper part made to directly abut on the top face of the substrate 2. Then, the plate member 70 is made to come close to the pedestal plate 31 from the upper part by vertically reversing it, and the bottom face 41a of the base part 41 of the lower receiving pin 32 temporarily fixed in the pin insertion groove 70a is brought into contact with the top face 31a of the pedestal plate 31 to fix each lower receiving pin 32 to the top face 31a of the pedestal plate 31, and after that, the plate member 70 is made to separate from the pedestal plate 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
