<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a bag body and to maintain heat insulating performance of a vacuum heat insulating panel, even when the vacuum heat insulating panel is stuck to a face having a concave part. <P>SOLUTION: A refrigerator includes an outer box, an inner box housed inside the outer box, and the vacuum heat insulating panel disposed between the outer box and the inner box. A wall part of one of the outer box and the inner box has a concave part that opens to the vacuum heat insulating panel and is used as a stuck surface in which the vacuum heat insulating panel is to be stuck covering the concave part. The vacuum heat insulating panel includes a core material housed in a bag body, and the inside of the bag body is sealed under reduced pressure. The bag body has a first film including a metal foil layer having a gas barrier property on one surface.
