<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resin-based and metal-based anti-thermally-expansive members which have small thermal expansion. <P>SOLUTION: An anti-thermally-expansive resin or an anti-thermally-expansive metal comprises a resin or a metal having a positive linear expansion coefficient at 20°C and solid particles dispersed in the resin or the metal, and the solid particle contains at least an oxide represented by formula (1). Formula (1) is (Bi<SB POS="POST">1-x</SB>M<SB POS="POST">x</SB>)NiO<SB POS="POST">3</SB>(wherein, M is at least one metal among La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Y and In. x represents a numerical value of 0.02≤x≤0.15). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
