<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device (1) capable of preventing vapor lock of a fuel filter unit (41) by returning vapor generated by vaporization of fuel in the fuel filter unit (41) during stoppage of a vehicle (2) to a fuel tank (19) without providing a pipe exclusive for returning vapor. <P>SOLUTION: In an upright state where the vehicle (2) is supported by a main stand (70), and in a tilted state where the vehicle is supported by a side stand (71), an inflow port (60) of the fuel filter unit (41) is located at a position higher than an outflow port (61).
