<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device capable of notifying a message corresponding to a transmission source to the transmission source by predetermining the degree of availability of personal information belonging to a transmission destination to the transmission source. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 12A, when a communication part 13 receives a mail (S11:YES), acquires a transmission destination address and a transmission source address from header information of the mail (S12). The control part 12A, since there is a change in the transmission address (S14:NO), referring to a trust information table 112A, acquires a trust level associated with the transmission source address (S18).
