<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch tube lining method and apparatus, capable of improving airtight connection between a pressure bag and a branch tube lining material, and capable of certainly carrying out inverting insertion of the branch tube lining material into a branch tube. <P>SOLUTION: The branch tube lining material 1 having a flange 3 formed in one end of a tubular resin absorbing material 2 is set on a head collar 70 which has a curved part 71a and a cylindrical part 72b which projects from the curbed part and the outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the flange. An expandable ring-like expansion body 80 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part of the head color 70. The branch tube lining material and the head color are airtightly connected since the expansion body expands so that the outer peripheral surface may stick to the inner peripheral surface of the flange, and the inner peripheral surface may stick to outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical part of the head color. Pressurized fluid which reverses the branch tube lining material does not leak from the connection, and inverting insertion of the branch tube lining material is certainly carried out into the branch tube. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
