摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger that utilizes frictional heat generated by a rotor rotating at high speed as a heat source, and utilizes the generated frictional heat for heat exchange treatment. <P>SOLUTION: The heat exchanger includes: an inner cylinder 5 which has a storage space 14 storing solder 4 which is solid at ordinary temperatures and an opening 15 formed above the storage space 14; an outer cylinder 6 arranged outside the inner cylinder 5 to have a medium flowing channel 11 where cooling water flows with the inner cylinder 5; a rotor 7; a rotation driving mechanical section 8 rotatably supporting to rotate the rotor 7; a rotor lifting section 9 lifting the rotor 7 in a vertical direction between the upper position UP and an insertion position; a frictional heat generating section 10 generating frictional heat by bringing the rotor 7 into contact with the solid solder 4; and a heat medium circulating section 12 circulating cooling water to the medium flowing channel 11 utilizing the generated frictional heat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
