<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion type bullet capable of reducing its diameter and having a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: This bullet includes a bullet head 10, and an expanding section 20 connected to the bullet head 10 forming at least a part of a peripheral face at a back side with respect to the bullet head, and composed of two or more members 22. At least a connecting portion 24 of the expanding section 20 with the bullet head 10 is constituted to expand each of the members 22 of the expanding section 20 outwardly by a restoring force in shooting from a gun. The connecting portion 24 is composed of shape-memory alloy, and the shape-memory alloy is preferably formed to restore each member 22 of the expanding section 20 into the original shape expandable outwardly by the heat generated at the bursting of a bursting explosive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
