<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor which can intercept a current passing during a short circuit, and prevent the reoccurence of a short circuit state. <P>SOLUTION: A laminated ceramic capacitor 10 includes a rectangular parallelepiped ceramic element 12. On a first end surface 20a of the ceramic element 12, a conductive polymer film 36 of a first external electrode 34a electrically connected to a first internal electrode 26a is formed so as to cover a first exposure portion 32a of the first internal electrode 26a. The conductive polymer film 36 includes a conductive high polymer having conductivity itself. When a short circuit occurs between the first internal electrode 26a and a second internal electrode 26b, a part 37 contacting with the first internal electrode 26a which is shorted out in the conductive polymer film 36 is insulated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
