摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for measuring dissolved substance concentration capable of performing measurement with high accuracy even in the case of an organic substance such as urea. <P>SOLUTION: The method for measuring the dissolved substance concentration has processes of: conducting aqueous hydrogen from a hydrogen supply pipe 4 to a column 3 filled with a platinum group metal catalyst 3a; then conducting sample water containing dissolved oxygen and urea to the column 3; then conducting the aqueous hydrogen from the hydrogen supply pipe 4 to the column 3 and measuring resistivity of outflow water by a resistivity meter 7.
