The present invention relates to a printed circuit board and a method for mounting an electric part, in which the electric part is inserted into an insertion hole of a board body to minimize the thickness of the printed circuit board. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method for mounting the electric part includes: forming an insertion hole for inserting the electric part into a board body; removing remaining portions of a pattern except for a specific portion of the pattern which is matched with a position of a terminal of the electric part within the insertion hole; inserting the electric part into the insertion hole; applying a conductive adhesive onto a portion on which a terminal within the insertion hole contacts the terminal of the electric part; and melting or hardening the conductive adhesive to bond the electric part to the board body. |
