The grouting tool has an elastic material plate (1) that includes two long edges (11,12) which are tangentially connected over a curvature (14), and a short edge (13). A bead (2) is formed at the ends of the long edges and embedded with elongated reinforcement regions (31,32). The short edge is connected in perpendicular to the long edges such that a trough is extended from the short edge to the curvature. An independent claim is included for method for filling joint between surfaces.
