<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately acquire the three-dimensional shape of the cornea. <P>SOLUTION: This anterior ocular segment measuring instrument includes an instrument body comprising: a first projection optical system that projects outgoing light from a light source to a subject's anterior ocular segment as slit light; a first imaging optical system that has an imaging optical axis inclined to the projection optical axis of the first projection optical system, and has a photographic lens and a first imaging element disposed based on Scheimpflug principle; and a rotating means that rotates the first projection optical system and the first imaging optical system about a projection optical axis with it used as a center: and measures the anterior ocular segment tissue based on respective anterior ocular segment cross-sectional images captured at a plurality of rotating angles. The anterior ocular segment measuring instrument includes an operation distance detecting means that detects an alignment state of the instrument body with respect to the subject's eye in the operation distance direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
