BASE STATION CONTROL DEVICE, RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND TIMING CORRECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of double correction in timing correction of a frame from a base station control device to a base station.

SOLUTION: A base station control device of the invention comprises a data reception part, a data transmission part, a transmission delay calculation part, and a guard time calculation/determination part. The data reception part receives data from a base station device. The data transmission part transmits data to the base station device in a timing corrected according to a timing correction request from the base station device received by the data reception part. The transmission delay calculation part calculates round-trip transmission delay time containing transmission delay time from its own device to the base station device and transmission delay time from the base station device to the own device. The guard time calculation/determination part calculates guard time based on the round-trip transmission delay time and timing correction amount in the timing correction requested by the base station device; and abolishes the timing correction request received from the base station device during the guard time.
