<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of wrinkling in paper P when fixing toner T on the paper P in an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A fixing part 30 of the image forming apparatus includes: a fixing roller 31 for heating paper P holding a toner image thereon; a pressure pad 33 and a pressure roller 32 with a crown shape, for pressurizing the paper P to the fixing roller 31; and a fixing belt 34 sandwiched between the pressure roller 32, pressure pad 33, and fixing roller 31, thereby forming two nip portions. The pressure roller 32 is disposed downstream from the pressure pad 33 in the conveyance direction of the paper P and the pressure roller 32 is larger than the pressure pad in an amount by which a crown shape is formed.
