<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide device for a long sheet body, which can inexpensively and surely prevent meandering of the long sheet body transferred at high speed. <P>SOLUTION: The guide device 1 for the long sheet body includes: a reduction gear 3 which has an input shaft 13 driven by a servo motor 2 and an output shaft 14 extended vertically; a swing body 4 which is fixed at the top of the output shaft 14 so as to be swingable along a horizontal plane; a pair of guide rollers 5 and 6 which guide the transfer of the long sheet body w; and a position detector 7 which detects the position of the long sheet body to be transferred. The reduction gear 3 is a worm reduction gear which is arranged in such a way that a worm 17 provided on the input shaft 13 engages with a worm wheel 22 provided on the output shaft 14, and has a self-lock function so as to prevent the rotation of the input shaft 13 from the side of the output shaft 14 accompanying the swinging of the swing body 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
