<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic vibrator including a constitution preventing the disconnection of a bare core wire part, and an ultrasonic welder using the ultrasonic vibrator. <P>SOLUTION: A connection member 11 is formed by a plastically deformable metal plate. The connection member 11 includes: a core wire holding part 13a which holds a bare core wire part by a bottom plate part and a holding piece part, the bare core wire part being obtained by removing an insulating layer of an electric wire 10 at the tip thereof, the electric wire 10 being formed by covering the core wire with the insulating layer; and an insulating layer holding part 13b holding the insulating layer edge continuous with the bare core wire part by the bottom plate part and a pressing piece part. The connection member 11 which has held the bare core wire part by the core wire holding part 13a and has held the insulating layer edge by the insulating layer pressing part 13b, is joined to the tongue 9 for connection of the ultrasonic vibrator 2 via soldering 12. Further, the ultrasonic vibrator 2 is arranged inside an ultrasonic welder 1 so as to be used as the vibration source of the ultrasonic welder 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
