<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo seal creation device capable of reducing a step of inputting a mail address by a user and capable of enhancing convenience of the user. <P>SOLUTION: An image providing server that can communicate with a photo seal creation device and a mobile terminal device includes: means for receiving a photo image along with a verification ID from the photo seal creation device; means for receiving a terminal ID from the mobile terminal device to specify the mobile terminal device, and for accepting a request for the photo image along with the verification ID; means for storing the accepted verification ID and the received terminal ID upon creating an association between them; and means for displaying a first screen (D1) used to keep a user waiting for acquisition of photo image corresponding to the verification ID in the request, on the mobile terminal device.
