<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic data related information retrieval device capable of suppressing a processing load by narrowing down records to be collated by using general features of acoustic data when retrieving information related to the acoustic data registered with an acoustic database by using the acoustic data such as music. <P>SOLUTION: For each of original acoustic data, registered feature words expressing feature patterns of the original acoustic data are generated and representative registered feature data are generated by using registered feature word groups where registered feature words are collected. Meanwhile, for retrieval acoustic data, retrieval feature words expressing feature patterns of the retrieval acoustic data in each of the intervals are generated, and representative retrieval feature data is generated by using retrieval feature word groups where retrieval feature words are collected. Then, the representative registered feature data and the representative retrieval feature data are collated to narrow down the original acoustic data. Registered feature word groups obtained from the narrowed-down original acoustic data and the retrieval feature word groups are collated to specify original acoustic data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
