<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately report the occurrence of an emergency inside a house to the outside. <P>SOLUTION: An indoor illuminator 2 and one apparatus body 1 are provided inside a house. The apparatus body 1 includes: the indoor illuminator 2; an external lamp 7 for emergency lighting and an external speaker 8 which are installed outdoors and connected to the outside; external notification means 9 for transmitting a notice through a communication line to the outside; and a control device connected to a receiver 5 for receiving a signal of a remote controller 3 including emergency operate buttons 4a, 4b and 4c. When the emergency operate button 4a, 4b, 4c of the remote controller 3 is operated, the external lamp 7 for emergency lighting and the indoor illuminator 2 are turned on in accordance with a preset lighting system by the control device to which a signal from the operated button is inputted through the receiver 5, and an alert of audio output is outputted from the external speaker 8.
