<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic vision device having the following characteristics which is used at the time of transmission illumination observation with an optical microscope: (1) To obtain an accurate and natural three-dimensional feeling based on a principle of a binocular parallax, (2) To obtain a stereoscopic vision from a low magnification (100 magnifications or less) to a high magnification (1000 magnifications or more), (3) Adjustments can be made from a plan view to a deep stereoscopic vision, (4) The stereoscopic vision device can be externally attached or inserted without changing the existing optical system or mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of inclined illumination lights having different physical attributes are mixed and made be incident on an observation sample using a polarizing plate, a shutter, LED and the like, thereby separating the image into an image for the left eye and an image for the right eye using a polarizing plate, a shutter, a video apparatus and the like to form a stereoscopic view. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
