<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor with a high humidity resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic capacitor 11 according to the invention includes: a laminate 12 having stacked ceramic layers 13 and inside electrodes 14 and 15 disposed between the ceramic layers 13; and external electrodes 18 and 19 formed on an outer surface of the laminate 12 and electrically connected with the inside electrodes 14 and 15. The ceramic layers 13 include CaZrO<SB POS="POST">3</SB>as a main component.
