Disclosed is a method for producing ferrous powder using molten steel. The method for producing ferrous powder according to the present invention comprises: a step of providing a tundish with ferrous molten steel produced through an iron manufacturing process and a steel manufacturing process; and a step of spraying water to the molten steel being discharged by a nozzle connected to the tundish. According to the present invention, ferrous powder is produced from the molten steel refined from the molten iron, wherein the molten iron is obtained in the iron manufacturing process and charged in a converter without a preliminary molten iron treating process, thus producing highly cleaned ferrous powder in an economically advantageous manner.
