The streetlight (100) has a light source (2) and refraction screen (6) that are arranged at preset spacing such that focal length of the light source and refraction screen is equal. The refraction screen includes a linear Fresnel lens and identically formed sectional planes which are parallel to vertical axis (VA) of street light. A lighting unit (4) is arranged between the vertical axis and refraction screen.
