The sign board (10) has a frame (12) having windows (16) in which shield elements (14) are stacked, such that two opposite peripheral surface portions of shield element are partially correspond to two opposite peripheral surface portions of window. An elongated groove (20) is provided at circumferential surface portion of shield element. An elongated projection (22) is provided at peripheral surface portion of window. The projection and surrounding area of projection are elastically deformable so that projection is latched to groove during inserted state of shield element into window.
