The door (5) has an inner disc (11) whose open side is covered by a windscreen (6). The windscreen extends over the inner disc. The cavity formed by the inner disc and the windscreen is filled with noble gas. A display unit is secured to the back of the windscreen. An independent claim is included for oven.
