<p>The drive (1) has a gear box arranged in a receiving space of a housing (2) of the drive and cooperated with an output shaft (4) and a lever arm for opening and closing a double-wing of a door i.e. fire door. A valve e.g. switching valve (6), is arranged in a flow channel for controlling behavior of the drive, and a magnetic valve detects the wing in an open position. The switching valve enables bypass of the magnetic valve. A plunger of the switching valve projects out from the flow channel into the receiving space for operation of the switching valve by a cushioning piston.</p>
