INDUCTION HEATING COIL FUSING PROCESS SYSTEM AND FUSING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A method for fusing an induction heating coil and a fusing apparatus thereof are provided to obtain an economic and light induction heating coil by fixing an aluminum fine wire on an induction heating coil end part. CONSTITUTION: One end and terminal of an induction heating coil corresponding to a fusing site are placed on a lower compression hole(12B) of a terminal compressor(11). A top compression hole(12A) or the lower compression hole of the terminal compressor is preheated with a preheating device(13) using a heater located at either the top compression hole or the lower compression hole of the terminal compressor. A terminal at one end part of the induction heating coil is compressed by drops the top pressing hole of the terminal compressor. The end part and terminal of the induction heating coil are compressed by dissolving an enamel coating layer of the induction heating coil consisting of a plurality of fine wires.
