PURPOSE: A coating composition for surface passivation having ozone resistance and a surface processing method of water treatment structure using thereof are provided to secure ozone resistance property of structure surface against chemical environment condition generating due to powerful oxidization of ozone and prevent infiltration of hazardous substances. CONSTITUTION: A coating composition for surface passivation having ozone resistance can have 2 different compositions. The coating composition can either comprises 20-60 weight% of an acrylurethane resin, 5-25 weight% of a silicone resin, 5-10 weight% of an additive, and 5-45 weight% of a solvent or the coating composition comprises 45-50 weight% of a fluorine-modified resin, 5-10 weight% of an additive, and 40-45 weight% of a solvent. The fluorine-modified resin is obtained from a fluorine resin or by reacting a fluorine resin with one of the following chemicals: acryl group, epoxy, isocyanate, and glycol. The coating composition additionally includes 20-40 parts by weight of pigment or filler based on 100.0 parts by weight of coating composition.
