<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laundry apparatus which prevents dew condensation in an outer case. <P>SOLUTION: In a drying process, a laundry apparatus produces an ascending current that ascends along a rear plate 5 of an outer case 1 by use of a compressor 40 and a condenser 41 that heat air in the outer case 1. In the drying process, air outside the outer case 1 is introduced into the interior of the outer case 1 via a suction port at the outer case and elevated along a rear plate 22 of a water receiving tub 20 so that the elevated air is combined with the ascending current. The combined current is exhausted from a left air outlet 17 and a right air outlet 19 to outside of the outer case 1. In this configuration, hot and humid air discharged from a duct air outlet 48 of a main duct 32 can be combined with the ascending current and then exhausted outside the outer case 1 so that the dew condensation stemming from the cooling of air containing large amount of moisture in the outer case 1 can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
