<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing program and an image forming apparatus avoiding such a situation that a file after an expansion becomes unable to be stored in a storage section in a process of expanding a compressed spool file. <P>SOLUTION: This image processing program includes the storage section, and a communication connecting section communicably connected to the image forming apparatus. This image processing program allows a computer in which an operating system (OS) is installed to be functioned as means for extracting respective size data from a spool file that includes an image forming file and the size data of respective data constituting the image forming file and that is compressed to acquire the file size of the image forming file; acquiring a storable size of the storage section; comparing the file size with the storable size; and, when the file size is determined to be larger than the storable size, finishing the process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
