PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency transport system for efficiently transporting sick persons to medical institutions.

SOLUTION: An electronic triage tag is used which includes a sensor network communication module which transmits information about a plurality of sick persons to a mobile terminal of a fire and disaster prevention radio communication network to transmit it to a control room terminal. The control room terminal transmits collected information about the sick persons to information terminals in medical institutions which are transport destination candidates. Furthermore, the medical institutions as transport destination candidates are provided with the information terminals which determine whether the sick persons can be accepted or not on the basis of received information about the sick persons and transmit the determination results. The control room terminal includes: a medical institution information collection unit which collects dynamic state information showing whether the medical institutions can accept the sick persons or not; a transport destination search unit which searches for the most suitable transport destination on the basis of collected information about the sick persons and collected dynamic state of the medical institutions; and a sick person information transmission unit which transmits information of a transport destination as a search result to a vehicle transporting the sick persons.
