摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain full charging by a charging finish time even if the amount of electric power for charging a battery installed on a vehicle becomes smaller during timer charging of the battery. <P>SOLUTION: When a user inputs a charging finish time t2 and a charging pattern, electric energy of a battery 5 at full charging and present electric energy of the battery 5 are acquired, and a voltage and a maximum current available for supply to a charger installed on a vehicle are acquired, and the present electric energy of the battery 5 is subtracted from the electric energy of the battery 5 at full charging to calculate residual electric energy. Based on the charging finish time t2 and a charging pattern, a voltage and a maximum current available for supply to the charger, and the residual electric energy, a charging start time t0 is calculated and when the charging start time t0 is reached, charging of the battery is started. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
