<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator system that guides users according to the situation of getting-in of them and in consideration of the user's psychology, and consequently, enhances the energy-saving effect by a method for reducing power consumption from a power supply. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes an elevator cage, a getting-in amount detecting means for detecting a getting-in amount of users, a balance-state determining means for determining the balance state by a mass difference between the cage mass, including the getting-in amount of users and a balance weight, and a traveling-direction detecting means for detecting a traveling direction of the cage, and speeds up or inhibits getting-in of users by utilizing information of the traveling direction and a change in mass. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
