<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hollow structure, which can form a hollow structure for as short a time as possible without deteriorating the quality of the structure. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a hollow structure includes the steps of: forming a groove in a member 10; filling a filler in the groove; forming a conductive layer in exposed surfaces of the filler and the member 10; forming a first layer 12 on the conductive layer by an electroforming process; forming a second layer 13 on the first layer 12 by a cold spray process; and removing the filler from the groove. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
