<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide accelerated particle irradiation equipment miniaturizable of a building in which the irradiation equipment is installed and capable of reducing the installation cost. <P>SOLUTION: The accelerated particle irradiation equipment 1 includes an irradiation unit 3 having a rotation section 34 rotatable around a rotation axis P to irradiate accelerated particles generated in a particle accelerator, and a storage chamber 8 to store the irradiation unit 3. The rotation section of the irradiation unit 3 is structured to have swelling units 33b, 38 swelling outside in the radial direction from the rotation unit body 34. Radiation shielding walls 86, 87 of the storage chamber 8 is structured to have storage recess units 92, 91 storable the swelling units 33b, 38 to be circumferential parts of the rotation unit of the irradiation unit 3.
