<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier for developing electrostatic charge images which can obtain images while being suppressed generation of fogging even when it outputs the images while it is left to stand under a high-temperature and high-humidity environment after continuously outputting images under setting in a reduced toner consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A carrier for developing electrostatic charge images comprises: ferrite particles having a BET specific surface area of 0.12 m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/g or more and 0.20 m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/g or less and the degree of fluidity of 26 seconds/50 g or more and 30 seconds/50 g or less; and a coating resin layer covering the ferrite particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
