When an engaging protrusion (433) engages with a step section (474), the operational force of an operating lever (43) suddenly decreases, and a clicking sound and clicking sensation occur, thus the operational feeling is excellent because there is a clear operational sensation demonstrating that clamping has firmly occurred. The engaging protrusion (433) is integrally formed with the operating lever (43), and a sliding surface formed from a groove section (472), an inclined surface (473) and the step section (474) is also formed on the outer-side surface of the fixed tilt lock gear (47), thus the number of components and assembly steps, and the manufacturing costs can be reduced. |
