This information terminal is provided with: an action allocation information recording unit that records action allocation information; an operation information receiving unit that receives operation information from a vehicle-mounted device; an allocation unit that, on the basis of the action allocation information and the operation information, respectively allocates actions among the plurality of actions of the information terminal in accordance with the level of priority thereof to each of at least one operation among a plurality of types of operations that are inputtable by means of an operation unit provided to the in-vehicle device; an operation signal receiving unit that receives an operation signal outputted from the in-vehicle device; and a conversion unit that, on the basis of the allocation results of the allocation unit, converts the operation signal to an action command corresponding to one of the plurality of actions.
