An antenna device is provided by the present invention, which involves mobile communication technical field. The antenna device includes a main antenna, an enhanced antenna, a frame of the main antenna and a fixture; the shape of said main antenna is flat, said main antenna is fixed on the frame of the main antenna; said enhanced antenna connects with the fixture, and can be extended and retracted. The enhanced antenna is located at one side of the frame of the main antenna, and is electrically contacted with said main antenna. The enhanced antenna receives and sends the signals together with the main antenna. A mobile terminal with said antenna device is also provided in the present invention. The antenna device and the mobile terminal provided in the present invention can reduce the influence to the antenna radiation caused by the exterior, and the performance of the antenna is effectively improved.
