PURPOSE: A photographing device for the face of a driver in a vehicle is provided to obtain the accurate face image of a driver even if the driver adjusts the height of a steering wheel shaft. CONSTITUTION: A photographing device for the face of a driver in a vehicle comprises an infrared camera(20) and an optical filter(21). The infrared camera is located at the inside a cover of a cluster and photographs the infrared face image of a driver sent through the optical filter. The optical filter is installed in one side of the cluster and sends the infrared face image of the driver to the infrared camera.
