HIGH-LUMINANCE BLUE LIGHT-EMITTING NANO-COLLOID AND PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE: Blue electroluminescence nanocolloids are provided to be easily manufactured through simple processes, and to improve the luminous efficiency of silicon nano crystal over the range of 350 nm as luminous material. CONSTITUTION: Blue electroluminescence nanocolloids comprise an organic germanium compound in chemical formula 1 and silicon nanocrystals with the weight ratio of 1:0.1 - 1:1. The organic germanium compound in chemical formula 1 is bis-carboxyethyl germanium sesquioxide. The nanocolloid emits blue light having a peak wavelength over than 350 nm. The nanocolloids are used as a contrast medium for visualization.
