BOTTOM CHASSIS AND PDP DEVICE USING THE BOTTOM CHASSIS

PURPOSE: A plasma display panel apparatus is provided to reduce a weigh of a bottom chassis and make slim the bottom chassis by forming a polymer chromium-free pollution prevention layer on the surface of an electric zinc plating layer. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display panel unit(110) comprises a front substrate and a rear substrate. A plurality of small cells is arranged between the front substrate and the rear substrate. The plasma display panel unit displays an image by using plasma discharge. An electric zinc plating layer is formed on the outer surface of an inner layer. A polymer chromium-free pollution prevention layer is formed on the surface of the electric zinc plating layer. A circuit unit(130) is arranged on the rear side of a bottom chassis(120). The circuit unit drives the plasma display panel unit.
