摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white semiconductor light-emitting device having improved reproducibility regarding vivid red color. <P>SOLUTION: In the white semiconductor light-emitting device, output light includes a blue color light component, a green color light component and a red color light component. The generation source of the blue color light component is a semiconductor light-emitting element and/or a first phosphor that absorbs light emitted from the semiconductor light-emitting element and emits light including the blue color light component through wavelength conversion. The generation source of the green color light component is a second phosphor that absorbs light emitted from the semiconductor light-emitting element and emits light including the green color light component through wavelength conversion. The generation source of the red color light component is a third phosphor that absorbs light emitted from the semiconductor light-emitting element and emits light including the red color light component through wavelength conversion. The spectrum of the output light has the maximum wavelength in the range of 615-645 nm. The intensity at a wavelength of 580 nm of the spectrum of the output light normalized by luminous flux is 80-100% of the intensity at a wavelength of 580 nm of the spectrum of standard light for color rendering evaluation which has been normalized by luminous flux. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
