<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell semiconductor thin film manufacturing method by which a solar cell semiconductor thin film having high photoelectric conversion efficiency can be manufactured and also a solar cell semiconductor thin film featuring high work efficiency and having a complicated pattern can be easily manufactured, and by which it is possible to manufacture solar cell semiconductor thin film comprising a two-layered pattern where the layers adjacent to each other contain metal oxide particles differing in grain size and also manufacture solar cell semiconductor thin film comprising a pattern of at least one layer containing in the same layer at least two kinds of metal oxide particles differing in grain size from each other, these solar cell semiconductor thin films exhibiting high photoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a cell semiconductor thin film manufacturing method in which a semiconductor thin film forming composition containing metal oxide particles and having a viscosity at 25°C of 50 to 30,000 mPa s is discharged from a discharge nozzle by an electrostatic ink jet method onto a transparent electrode plate to form a pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
