<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing program, an information processor, an information processing system, and an information processing method that allow a user to easily make a selection between scrolling of plural objects and an object exchange and to place any object at a desired position without disturbing a positional relationship between each object to a large extent. <P>SOLUTION: Icons 51 are displayed in a matrix on a screen. When a user moves an instruction position in a horizontal direction with a point on any of the icons 51 as an origin, the icon matrix is scrolled.
