<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a development device which conveys developer discharged from developer discharge means of an agitation part provided at the outside of a development part to the development part by air pressure, without generating image density unevenness or the like caused by leakage of air in an air supply source from the developer discharge means to the agitation part. <P>SOLUTION: The development device comprises: a development part 50; an agitation part 51 for developer; developer discharge means 53 for discharging the developer of the agitation part 51. The developer discharged from the developer discharge means 53 is conveyed to the development part 50 by air pressure. A screw 80 for conveying the developer to the agitation part 51 is provided to developer circulation paths 55, 55a between the development part 50 and the agitation part 51. An outlet of the circulation path 55 is connected to an upstream part of the screw 80, a developer pool 82 is provided between the outlet of the circulation path and the upstream part of the screw 80, and a toner supply port 85 of the screw 80 is provided at the developer pool 82. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
