<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker with improved usability for cooking. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker comprises: a body; and a top plate provided on a top face of the body on which a pan is placed. The body includes induction heating coils heating a pan, a temperature detector detecting a temperature of a pan bottom through the top plate, an inverter power supply supplying power to the induction heating coils, an operation part for setting a temperature of a pan and control means controlling the inverter power supply to supply power to the induction heating coils based on a detection result by the temperature detector so as to keep the temperature of the pan at the temperature set at the operation part. The control means stops cooking in the case where the temperature detector does not detect lowering of the temperature when power is supplied to the induction heating coils after heating for frying is started and the temperature detector detects achieving of a controlled temperature thereby notifying a user of achieving a proper temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
