<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in man-hour while realizing a connector device that has connection posts and a coupling post, differing in shape from each other, at a header. <P>SOLUTION: In a first resist forming process, molding holes 34 which are opened circularly to expose land parts 231 are formed in a first resist 31 formed on a surface of a rigid substrate 30 on a side where posts are formed. In a following first plating process, copper electroplating is carried out to deposit a metal material on surfaces of the land parts 231, and a metal material is charged in the molding holes 34 to form connection posts 221 and a neck part 223 of a coupling post 222. In a following second resist forming process, a second resist 35 is formed on the first resist so as to cover parts of the molding holes 34 where the connection posts 221 are formed. In a following second plating process, copper electroplating is carried out to form a head part 224 of the coupling post 222 outside the molding hole 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
