<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition which has good curability and ensures low hygroscopicity of a cured product thereof, and a cured product thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable resin composition comprises an unsaturated polyester resin (A) obtained using an unsaturated fatty acid or an unsaturated fatty acid ester, preferably an unsaturated polyester resin obtained using a vegetable oil, and a compound (B) having a mercapto group.
